Legal Entity
FRQ Global is operated by ケン・ブランドン・カーター as an Australian sole trader. References to 'FRQ', 'FRQ Global', 'we', 'us', or 'our' in these terms refer to this entity.
Research Use Only
FRQ Global supplies analytical-grade biochemical reference standards and laboratory research materials to qualified research customers. Materials are intended exclusively for in-vitro research, analytical method development, identity verification, and laboratory evaluation. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, or administration of any kind.
Eligibility & Buyer Representations
By placing an order you represent and warrant that you are a qualified research customer acquiring materials solely for in-vitro laboratory research, and that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. You represent that you are not an individual consumer and that the materials will not be used for any prohibited purpose.
Qualified Buyer Definition
A 'qualified professional or institution' means researchers, laboratories, academic institutions, biotech companies, and contract research organizations (CROs) conducting in-vitro laboratory research. Individual consumers are expressly excluded and are not eligible to purchase.
Prohibited Resale
Resale, distribution, or transfer of materials for human or animal use is strictly prohibited. You agree not to resell or supply materials to any party for non-research purposes.
Right to Cancel
FRQ Global reserves the right to cancel and refund any order where it has reasonable grounds to believe the materials will be used for non-research purposes, or where an order contains restricted items.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received via bank transfer using the unique reference provided. Products are reserved but not dispatched until cleared funds are received.
Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice. A flat $68 AUD shipping fee applies; orders over $1000 AUD ship free.
Liability
FRQ Global accepts no liability for any misuse of materials. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and lawful use of materials purchased.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of biochemical reference standards, all sales are final and materials cannot be returned once dispatched, except in the case of damaged, lost, or incorrect shipments. See our Returns & Refund Policy for how these cases are handled.
Buyer Indemnification
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FRQ Global, its operator, and its agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to the buyer's purchase, handling, storage, use, misuse, resale, or disposal of any materials. The buyer assumes full and sole responsibility for ensuring that all materials are used strictly for lawful in-vitro research purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the purchase of materials from FRQ Global, shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered in Australia in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Act applicable to the seller's jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party waives any right to pursue claims on a class or representative basis. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
