Returns & Refund Policy
General Policy
Due to the nature of biochemical reference standards, materials cannot be returned once dispatched. The exceptions below apply to damaged, lost, or incorrect shipments.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. Verified damaged items will be replaced or refunded.
Lost Shipments
If tracking confirms your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Verified lost shipments will be replaced or refunded.
Incorrect Shipments
If you receive an item that does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We will arrange a correction, replacement, or refund.
How To Make A Claim
Email orders@frqglobal.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
