Research-Use Policy
All products supplied by FRQ Global are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical method development, identity verification, and laboratory evaluation. FRQ Global supplies analytical-grade biochemical reference standards and laboratory research materials to qualified research customers only.
Qualified Buyer Policy
Purchases may only be made by qualified research customers: researchers, laboratories, academic institutions, biotech companies, and contract research organizations (CROs) conducting in-vitro laboratory research. Individual consumers are not eligible to purchase. Orders placed by unqualified buyers will be cancelled and refunded.
Prohibited Use Policy
Products are not intended for and must not be used for: human consumption, animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, or administration of any kind. Resale of materials for human or animal use is strictly prohibited.
Documentation Standards
Lot-level documentation and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) access are available for review. Each lot is traceable, and analytical documentation can be requested to support method development and identity verification.
Restricted Product Policy
Certain products are not offered by FRQ Global. Any order containing restricted items will be cancelled. FRQ Global reserves the right to cancel and refund any order where there are reasonable grounds to believe the materials will be used for non-research purposes.
